The hotel's location was quite convenient. It was close to several transport links. The room decor had a unique charm, with appealing modern conveniences. I found this quite pleasant. I appreciated the inclusion of complimentary soft drinks in the mini-fridge.
My room felt somewhat small. It lacked some expected amenities! such as a detailed hotel information pack. The wall-hung shower head proved not adjustable. I had to hold it during use, inconvenient.

Really good Comfort and Service
quiet room comfortable beds efficient air conditioning lovely smell
The room I stayed in was wonderfully quiet, even though the hotel is centrally located. My 'Superior Double Room' had amazingly comfortable beds that ensured a restful sleep. The air conditioning worked efficiently, keeping the room at a pleasant temperature. I appreciated the gorgeous smell in the reception area (it made a lovely first impression!).
My only minor issue was that I found no information about the restaurant or bar opening times available in the room.

The hotel features elegant décor with plants in the reception area. Bluetooth speakers from Marshall are provided in guest rooms, allowing guests to enjoy music. Robes and slippers are nice additions to enhance comfort .

i found the staff to be helpful the comfortable beds ensured restful nights the tasty breakfast provided a great start to each day i also appreciated the convenient location close to transportation options. the hotel provided complimentary water and non-alcoholic drinks in the room this was a welcome perk i found the room design to be nicely done this added to the overall appeal. the rooftop restaurant provided great service i found the food delicious and the rooftop patio was lovely. the reception was very cute and all staff members were professional and friendly

unadjustable shower head missing hotel information
The shower head in my room was not adjustable, requiring me to hold it, a nuisance for anyone not wanting to wet their hair. hotel information, such as restaurant and bar opening times, was absent from the room. there was also a church nearby. Church bells rang every 15 minutes from 7am onwards. this made SLEEPING difficult.

Fantastic Hotel, minor drawback
comfortable room friendly staff earlier check-in
The room was very comfortable and tidy! I liked that the staff were super friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I was allowed to check in an hour earlier than scheduled. Breakfast was amazing, they left treats for the kids.
The hotel is positioned next door to a church, so the bell is rung every 15 minutes from 7am onwards. At 7am there are 7 chimes with a short tune afterward, then at quarter past and half past the hour a few chimes! This was frustrating when I wanted a longer lie.

The hotel's in-house bar, Do Not Disturb, offers excellent drinks and staff. a great happy hour on Fridays and Saturdays between 5-7. Breakfast offers a varied choice of foods. The menu includes gluten-free and vegetarian options.

The staff brought our bags to the room quickly. The staff were attentive and eager to answer questions. The location is near an Underground station, so connecting to other parts of the City is easy.
The shower head was not adjustable. I had to hold it the entire time. There was no hotel information in the room. I could not find the opening times for the restaurant. The church bell rang every 15 minutes from 7am onwards.
